The purpose of this option is to create a debug log file, which contains the essential information about Fax Voip T.38 Modem Routing Extension actions. The Fax Routing Extension is integrated into the Windows Fax Service. To view detailed logs for Incoming Routing Methods (Microsoft Fax), use options described below.
