To view a fax

To view a fax in the Preview Panel

1.     Open Fax Voip T.38 Console.

2.     In the Fax Voip T.38 Console, open the Outbox folder, Inbox folder or Fax-on-Demand folder.

3.     In the details pane, select the fax you want to view. The selected fax will be displayed in the Preview Panel.

4.     To select a page of multiple-page fax document, use navigation buttons at the bottom of the panel.

5.     You can increase or decrease image size by changing the size of the panel. Simply drag the left edge of the panel using mouse.

Notes

• Incoming faxes originally stored in PDF or SFF format are displayed in the Preview Panel with small delay.

To view a fax in the image viewer software

1.     Open Fax Voip T.38 Console.

2.     In the Fax Voip T.38 Console, open the Outbox folder, Inbox folder or Fax-on-Demand folder.

3.     To view the fax, double-click the selected fax. You can also view the fax by right-clicking the fax in the details pane, and then on the context menu, clicking View.

Notes

• Outgoing faxes and received faxes that stored in the TIFF format can be usually viewed in the Windows Photo Viewer. Faxes received as PDF files can be viewed in the Adobe Acrobat Reader program. To view faxes received in the SFF format, you can install and use IrfanView software. You can choose the programs that will be used to view faxes, see details in the Fax Viewer Settings chapter of this user manual.

To view the fax properties

1.     Open Fax Voip T.38 Console.

2.     In the Fax Voip T.38 Console, open the Outbox folder, Inbox folder or Fax-on-Demand folder.

3.     To view properties of an individual fax, in the details pane, right-click the fax, and then click Properties.
