1. Open your Log Book.
2. In the Log Book, open the Call Recording folder or Sent Messages folder.
3. In the details pane, right-click the audio message you want to delete, and then click Delete.
4. Click Yes to confirm.
Notes
- You can also delete single or multiple audio messages from the File menu. Select the item or items to be deleted from the details pane, and then click Delete or use the Delete button on the toolbar.
- To select multiple items for deletion, hold down the SHIFT key as you select.
- In the Call Recording folder you can delete the call recording entry as well as the call recording file.
- In the Sent Messages folder you only can delete the audio message entry. Please note that outgoing audio files can not be deleted using Log Book application. The outgoing audio file can be deleted in the Audio folder, in the Bottom Panel of the main application window.
