The following variables can be used with Fax successfully sent (Microsoft Fax Service) template (replaced by actual data):
- %RecipientFaxNumber%. The fax number of the recipient.
- %RecipientName%. The name of the recipient.
- %SenderEmail%. E-mail address associated with the sender. If the fax is generated by the Mail to Fax - Microsoft Fax function, this is the sender's e-mail address extracted from the e-mail message.
- %SenderName%. The name of the sender.
- %SenderFaxNumber%. Fax number associated with the sender.
- %SenderFaxID%. The transmitting station identifier (TSID) for the sender's device, specified in the Sender Information Settings. It is transmitted to the recipient when an outgoing fax is sent, and it may appear in the display of the recipient's fax machine. The TSID is transmitted at the top of each faxed page. The TSID usually consists of the sender's fax number and business name. Note that depending on the fax server settings, it may be different from the actually transmitted Fax ID, see also in the Configure Fax Station ID and Fax Headline chapter of this user manual. See also the description of %LocalFaxID% variable.
- %SenderCompany%. The company name associated with the sender. Usually displayed at the top of each faxed page (Fax Headline).
- %SenderDepartment%. The department name associated with the sender.
- %SenderTitle%. The title associated with the sender.
- %SenderOfficeLocation%. The office location of the sender.

- %DocumentName%. If the fax is generated by the Mail to Fax - Microsoft Fax function, this is the original name of sender document including file extension. When sending multiple documents, they are separated by a semicolon. When sending a fax consisting only of a cover page, replaced with an empty string. When used with E-mail Delivery Receipts Outgoing Routing Method (Microsoft Fax) and sending a fax in the usual way (from the Windows Fax and Scan software), can be constantly replaced by the pointless string (e. g. 'Test Fax'), due to errors in the Microsoft Fax software.
- %HasCoverPage%. Indicates if the fax has a cover page.
- %Subject%. Contains the contents of the subject field on the cover page of the fax.
- %PagesTotal%. The total number of pages in the outbound fax message.

- %SubmissionTime%. The time that the outbound fax message was submitted for processing.
- %OriginalScheduledTime%. The time that the fax message was originally scheduled for transmission.

- %EndTime%. The time that the fax outbound message completed transmission.
