The following types of licenses are offered for Fax Voip FSP:

Fax Voip Windows Fax Service Provider Lines: T.38 / G.711 Fax license (Version 4) 

Depending on the license purchased, you can use one or more* Fax Voip Line devices simultaneously. With this type of license you can:

• Send T.38 and audio (over G.711 codec) faxes via SIP or H.323 using Windows Fax Service (Windows Fax and Scan software).
• Receive T.38 and audio (over G.711 codec) faxes via SIP or H.323 using Windows Fax Service (Windows Fax and Scan software).
• Use Mail to Fax function. Cover pages, Mail to Fax Rules, E-mail Templates.
• Use Basic Incoming Fax Routing (Fax Voip FSP Routing Extension): Route through e-mail, Store in a Folder, Print with limited number of rules.
• Use Custom Routing for incoming faxes (Fax Voip FSP Routing Extension).
• Use Basic Outgoing Fax Routing: E-mail Delivery Receipts, Store in a Folder, Print with limited number of rules.
• Use Custom Routing for outgoing faxes.
• Use SendFax.exe command line tool to send faxes.

Fax Voip FSP Extended Fax Routing (E-mail, Store in Folder, Print) license (version 4) **

This license allows to significantly increase the maximum number of available rules, that can be used with the following Incoming Fax Routing Methods and Outgoing Fax Routing Methods:

• Route through e-mail (Incoming Fax Routing, Fax Voip FSP Routing Extension)
• Store in a Folder (Incoming Fax Routing, Fax Voip FSP Routing Extension)
• Print (Incoming Fax Routing, Fax Voip FSP Routing Extension)
• E-mail Delivery Receipts (Outgoing Fax Routing)
• Store in a Folder (Outgoing Fax Routing)
• Print (Outgoing Fax Routing)

(* : Be careful when purchasing multi-line licenses. The maximum allowed number of fax devices that can be used with Windows Fax Service depends on the operating system. On Windows 11, Windows 10, Windows 8/8.1 and Windows 7 the fax device limit is one. On Windows Server 2022, Windows Server 2019, Windows Server 2016, Windows Server 2012/2012R2, Windows Server 2008R2, Enterprise or Datacenter Edition, there is no fax device limit. On other versions of Windows 2008R2, the fax device limit is usually four.

(**** : The license support period is 1 calendar year from the date of purchase of the license. The license key is tied to a single computer and generated based on computer's unique System ID. By default the license key is not time-limited. Free replacement of license key (generation of a new key for another System ID) due to the modification of computer hardware, reinstallation of the operating system, etc. is allowed during license support period (1 year). By default, the interval between changes of the license can not be less than 3 months. In any case, free replacement of license key during license support period is allowed no more than 2 (two) times. The user of licensed version of the program has the right to pay for the extension of the license support. The cost of extending the license support for 1 year is set at 30% of the current price of your license at the time of renewal.
