Troubleshooting using RDP

I am using Fax Voip T.38 Console via Remote Desktop Connection. After sending the document to the Fax Voip Virtual Printer, Fax Voip T.38 Console Send Fax Wizard window does not appear on my screen. I am not able to enter the phone number where to send a fax. Where is the problem?

Unfortunately, currently there is no solution to this problem. Use the usual way to access the system.

To resolve this problem, as an alternative, you can use Send a Fax using Direct Converting function to create and send the fax. See also Sending Faxes from Fax Voip T.38 Console chapter.

You should use the administrator account when access to your remote computer where Fax Voip T.38 Console installed.
