Fax Modes (VoIP)

When receiving or sending faxes using VoIP connection (SIP or H.323), the following Fax Modes can be applied:

• G711 fax
• T38 fax + G711 fax (auto)
• T38 fax with sending re-invite + G711 fax (auto)

To avoid possible problems with sending and receiving faxes, it is strongly recommended to pre-read detailed descriptions of the possible Fax Modes. You should pay attention to settings of Outgoing VOIP Call Routing and Incoming VOIP Call Routing rules. You should also take into account the Voice Codecs requirements (see below).
