Troubleshooting using RDP

I am using Fax Voip Softphone via Remote Desktop Connection. After sending the document to the Fax Soft Virtual Printer, Fax Voip Softphone Create Fax Wizard window does not appear on my screen. I am not able to enter the phone number where to send a fax. Where is the problem?

Unfortunately, currently there is no solution to this problem. Use the usual way to access the system.

To resolve this problem, as an alternative, you can use Send a Fax using Direct Converting function to create and send the fax. See also Send a Fax from the Fax Panel chapter.

I have many difficulties when I try to operate with Fax Voip Softphone via RDP connection. Where is the problem?

To be honest, the program is not designed to be run through RDP. Install the software on your client computer and use the normal way to run the program.
