To retry a fax transmission

1.     Open your Log Book.

2.     In the Log Book, open the Sent Faxes folder.

3.     To send the selected fax with dialing number, in the details pane, right-click the fax, and then click Restart with dialing number to retry the fax transmission. Or you can click the Restart the fax with dialing number button in the main toolbar.

4.     To send the selected fax manually (the voice call should be established), in the details pane, right-click the fax, and then click Restart without dialing number to retry the fax transmission. Or you can click the Restart the fax without dialing number button in the main toolbar.

Notes

• You can also specify any of these actions from the File menu.
• When retrying a fax transmission, you cannot modify any of the information that was specified in the Fax Voip Softphone Create Fax Wizard. If the fax failed because of an incorrect fax number, don’t use Restart with dialing number option. To change fax information (recipient fax number, fax mode etc.) use Forward a fax option instead.
• This option is not used with faxes that are stored in the Received Faxes folder. To send received fax to other recipient, use Forward a fax option.
