To open Outgoing Calls folder, in your Log Book in the treeview click Calls and then click Outgoing Calls.
The Outgoing Calls folder keeps information about all outgoing phone calls. If the call is not answered, it is marked with a red arrow. All other calls are marked with a blue arrow. The color of the telephone icon in the Preview Panel also allows you to quickly understand whether the outgoing call was answered (green icon) or not (red icon).
You can view information about the selected call by clicking Properties in the File menu. Properties of each call are also displayed in the Outgoing Calls details pane. Information that can be displayed in the details pane are:
