Incoming Calls

To open Incoming Calls folder, in your Log Book in the treeview click Calls and then click Incoming Calls.

The Incoming Calls folder keeps information about all incoming phone calls. For your convenience, Missed calls are marked with a red arrow. All other calls are marked with a blue arrow. The color of the telephone icon in the Preview Panel also allows you to quickly understand whether the incoming call was missed (red icon) or answered (green icon).

You can view information about the selected call by clicking Properties in the File menu. Properties of each call are also displayed in the Incoming Calls details pane. Information that can be displayed in the details pane are:

• Icon. Phone icon. Missed calls are marked with a red arrow. All other calls are marked with a blue arrow.
• Start Time. The time of the incoming call.
• Duration. The duration of the call.
• Caller Number. The telephone number of the caller.
• Called Number. The telephone number of the called party.
• Status. Call end reason.
• Calling Party. SIP or H.323 address of the caller.
• Called Party. SIP or H.323 address of the called party.
• Attributes. Type of entry (call in).
• Call Token. The unique identifier of the call.
• Item ID. The unique number of the entry in the database.

The Status column contains additional information about the call end reason. Possible call end reasons for incoming calls include:

• Local party cleared call.
• Remote party cleared call.
• Remote party stopped calling. The call was not answered.
• All lines are busy. The call was not answered because all 3 lines were busy.
