Removing the previous version

Fax Voip Softphone setup program automatically checks whether Fax Voip Softphone is already installed and what version is installed, and offers to remove Fax Voip Softphone before starting of new installation. No need to separately run standard uninstall procedures.

The uninstall procedure allows you keep settings and files created in program operations, see in the Removing the Software chapter of this user manual. Nevertheless you should understand that settings may vary in different versions of the Fax Voip Softphone. In the case of any problems, we strongly recommend to remove settings and install Fax Voip Softphone with the default options.

Notes

• When you install or uninstall Fax Voip Softphone, information on your license is stored in the system. Thus there is no need to enter the license key again.
