Removing the Software

To remove Fax Voip Softphone from the local computer

1.     Close all Fax Voip Softphone components to avoid possible problems.

2.     In the Windows Control Panel, open the Add or Remove Programs applet.

3.     Select the Fax Voip Softphone entry.

4.     Click Remove.

5.     In the Uninstall Fax Voip Softphone wizard click Uninstall.

6.     Specify uninstall options and then click Continue. If you want to keep settings and do not want to delete files created in program operations, leave the default options as shown in the picture below.

The uninstall options are:

All files

Select this option to completely remove the program from your computer. All your settings and files created in program operations (sent and received faxes, call recordings, outgoing audio messages, Phone Book, Log Book etc...) will be removed. Be careful! Deleted documents can not be restored.

Specified files

Select this option to keep settings and files created in program operations. Tick the components for removal.

Program Files

This option is always selected and can not be unchecked.

Settings (SIP, H.323, Fax, Audio, Random Calls etc...)

Tick this option to delete your settings.

Files created in program operations: sent and received faxes and audio messages, Phone Book, Log Book etc...

Tick this option to delete files created in program operations. Be careful! Deleted documents can not be restored.

7.     At the final window of the Uninstall Fax Voip Softphone wizard click Finish.
