To send audio fax

When sending a pre-prepared fax with dialing number or without dialing number, uncheck the T.38 FAX check box in the main window.

When sending a fax with Create Fax Wizard, select the Send audio fax over G.711 codec option in the Send Fax area.

To configure outgoing audio fax options

1.     Open Fax Voip Softphone Control Panel.

2.     Click VOIP in the tree. To configure SIP Audio Fax options, in the tree, click SIP, then click Fax, and then click Audio Fax. To configure H.323 Audio Fax options, in the tree, click H.323, then click Fax, and then click Audio Fax.

3.     To configure ECM and maximum bitrate settings for the case of outgoing audio faxes, use Enable Error Correction Mode and Maximum bitrate options in the Audio Fax Transmission area.

4.     In the Fax Voip Softphone Control Panel click Apply to save settings. All the changes are applied immediately.
