To configure Fax Station ID

1.     Open Fax Voip Softphone Control Panel.

2.     Click VOIP in the tree. To configure SIP Fax options, in the tree, click SIP, and then click Fax. To configure H.323 Fax options, in the tree, click H.323, and then click Fax.

3.     To configure the Called Subscriber ID (CSID) that identifies you as a fax recipient and sent to the fax sender, enter Fax Station ID in the appropriate field.

4.     In the Fax Voip Softphone Control Panel click Apply to save settings. All the changes are applied immediately.

• SIP Fax options or H.323 Fax options can be overridden by the Incoming Call Routing and Outgoing Call Routing settings.
