To automatically switch to fax mode

To configure automatic switching to fax mode and receiving a fax, do the following settings:

1.     Open Fax Voip Softphone Control Panel.

2.     Click Fax in the tree.

3.     Tick the Automatically receive a fax on CNG tone detected option.

4.     Click Apply to save settings. All the changes are applied immediately.

Upon detection of CNG fax tone at the time of established voice call, the Fax Voip Softphone will automatically switch to fax mode and receive a fax.
