To configure Call Transfer

1.     Open Fax Voip Softphone Control Panel.

2.     Click VOIP in the tree, and then click Call Forwarding to open Call Forwarding and Call Transfer Settings page.

3.     To use standard mechanism for call transfer (SIP REFER, H.450.2), uncheck the Use Hairpin Call Transfer option.

4.     To use Hairpin Call Transfer, check the Use Hairpin Call Transfer option. Check Play music when transfer call option so that the transferee listens to music while waiting on the phone. With this option unchecked, the transferee listens to standard dialing tone while waiting. In the File Path field, select the audio file to be played when the call is transfered.

5.     Click Apply to save settings. All the changes are applied immediately.
