Monitoring and notifying

If the call is recorded, the REC indicator in the upper right corner of the Info panel is displayed.

Call Recording Notifications

Notifications related to call recording are used to inform you of the starting or ending of the call record. To enable or disable notifications, see in the Tray Notifications chapter of this user manual, Call recording started and The call was recorded options.

At the time of automatic starting of call recording, The call will be recorded tray notification message is displayed. Note that this notification does not appear when you start recording manually by clicking Rec in the main application window.

At the time of ending of call recording, The call was recorded tray notification message is displayed. Clicking on the notification opens the Call Recording folder in the Log Book, where you can listen to the recording.
