To edit rules for Incoming Modem Calls

1.     Open Fax Voip T.38 Modem Control Panel.

2.     Click Ports and Modems in TreeView, then click Incoming Plan.

3.     To edit the Incoming Modem Call Routing rule, select COM port and click <Edit> button (or double-click the selected COM port). Note, that in the case of using Fax Voip driver for Virtual COM Ports, Fax Voip T.38 Modem shows external ports (connected to the fax program). In the case of using 3rd party driver for Virtual COM Ports, Fax Voip T.38 Modem shows internal ports (connected to Fax Voip T.38 Modem application).

4.     In the Modem Incoming Call Routing Rule dialog select Receive incoming calls to any number option, if you want to have possibility to receive Incoming Calls to any numbers to the selected port.

5.     If you want to receive Incoming Calls to numbers with specified prefix only, select Receive incoming calls to numbers with Prefix option and enter the prefix in the combobox.

6.     If you do not want to receive Incoming calls to selected port, select Do not receive incoming calls option.

7.     Click <OK> button to fix changes.

8.     Click <Apply> button to save modified settings for Incoming Modem Call Routing. Do not forget to restart Fax Voip T.38 Modem to operate with new settings. To do this click <STOP> button, then click <START> button.
