Enable Call Routing logging

Use this option to configure and test the Outgoing VOIP Call Routing and Incoming VOIP Call Routing. Call Routing log file shows the 'path' for each outgoing or incoming call. Analysis of the log will help you to identify errors and to specify correct rules for calls. We recommend that you use this option only when you configure Fax Voip T.38 Console or when problems arise.

Use this button to view Call Routing log file.

<Delete>

Use this button to delete Call Routing log file.


<To Log Folder>

Use this button to open Fax Voip T.38 Console log folder in Windows Explorer.


Check for updates

Tick this option in order for Fax Voip T.38 Console to automatically check for new version of the program on start up. If the new version is available, the tray notification message is displayed. To download and install new version, you should click this message. Note that Fax Voip T.38 Console checks for updates no more frequently than once a day.


Run Fax Voip T.38 Console as Windows service

Select this option if you want to run Fax Voip T.38 Console as a Windows Service, see Configure Fax Voip T.38 Console as a Windows Service. Normally, when Fax Voip T.38 Console is configured as a service, it is started under a Local System account. Fax Voip T.38 Console mail service should be configured to be started under regular user account, see Configure Mail to Fax (Mail to Audio) system as Windows Service. To change this option, administrator privileges are required.

Mail to Fax service is configured to be started under this account:

The name of the account under which the Fax Voip T.38 Console Mail service (Mail to Fax (Mail to Audio) function) is currently configured.

Click to specify the user name and password of the account that will be used to run the Fax Voip T.38 Console mail service, see Configure Mail to Fax (Mail to Audio) system as Windows Service. Administrator privileges are required.


Load automatically on Windows startup

In the case of configuring Fax Voip T.38 Console as a Windows Service, Fax Voip T.38 Console starts before user logon (as a service), if to use this option. In the case of configuring Fax Voip T.38 Console not as a service, Fax Voip T.38 Console starts after the user logon. To change this option when Fax Voip T.38 Console is running as a Windows Service, administrator privileges are required.

 Load Fax Voip T.38 Console tray icon on Windows startup

Use this option if you want to load Fax Voip T.38 Console tray icon on Windows startup (after user logon). Note that in the case of configuring Fax Voip T.38 Console as a Windows Service, the presence of icon in the tray is not necessary for program operation.
