1. Open Fax Voip T.38 Console.
2. In the Fax Voip T.38 Console, open the Outbox folder.
3. In the details pane, right-click the fax or audio message, and then click Restart to retry the failed transmission.
Notes
- You can also retry an outgoing fax or audio message transmission from the File menu. On the File menu, select Fax (or Audio), and then click the Restart command.
- When an attempt to send a fax or audio message has failed and the maximum number of retries has been exceeded, the fax (audio message) remains in the Outbox. Using Restart attempts to resend the fax (audio message) once again, and the number of retries is reset to zero. A fax (audio message) that cannot be resent remains in the Outbox until you delete it.
- When retrying a failed transmission, you cannot modify any of the information that was specified in the Fax Voip T.38 Console Send Fax Wizard or in the Fax Voip T.38 Console Send Audio Message Wizard. If the fax (audio message) failed because of an incorrect fax/phone number, delete the fax (audio message) and create a new one. To change fax (audio message) information (recipient fax/phone number, original fax mode) use Forward command instead.
