Priority and Schedule


On this page you can specify when you want your fax to be sent, and set the priority of the fax.


Priority

In this area, you can specify the priority to use when sending the fax.


Send fax as

Specify the priority to use. All faxes that have a high priority (/Priority=High command line option) will be sent before a fax that has a normal or a low priority (/Priority=Low command line option). All faxes that have a normal priority will be sent before a fax that has a low priority. The default priority is normal.


Schedule Fax

In this area, you can specify when you want your fax to be sent.


Now

Select this option to send a fax immediately after creating a job.

When discount rates apply

Select this option if the fax should be sent when discount rates apply (/Discount command line option). On computer with Windows Server OS (e.g. Windows Server 2022), discount rate settings can be configured in Microsoft Fax Service Manager (Fax (Local) -> Properties -> Outbox). On Windows 11 or Windows 10 computer, discount rate settings can be configured in Windows Fax and Scan application (Tools -> Fax Settings -> Advanced).

At this time

Select this option to specify the date and time you wish to send your fax (/Schedule= command line option).
