System Tray Menu Options
When the Fax Voip Softphone is running, its icon is placed in the system tray. You can easily show and hide the softphone by double clicking the icon in the tray.
The access the Fax Voip Softphone menu, right-click the Fax Voip Softphone icon in your system tray and the following pop-up menu appears:
The following commands are available in the menu:
Click to show the main Fax Voip Softphone window. Alternatively, you can double click the icon in the tray.
Click to restart Fax Voip Softphone. Note that full restarting is usually not required when changing settings.
Click to open Phone Book.
Click to open Log Book.
Click to open Fax Voip Softphone Control Panel.
Click to open Random Calls Monitor.
Click to open Help file.
Display program information, version number and copyright.
Click to quit the application.
