To configure sender information

To configure Fax Station ID and Fax HeadLine

1.     Open Fax Voip Softphone Control Panel.

2.     Click VOIP in the tree. To configure SIP Fax options, in the tree, click SIP, and then click Fax. To configure H.323 Fax options, in the tree, click H.323, and then click Fax.

3.     To configure sender information, enter Fax Station ID and Fax HeadLine in the appropriate fields.

4.     In the Fax Voip Softphone Control Panel click Apply to save settings. All the changes are applied immediately.

• SIP Fax options or H.323 Fax options can be overridden by the Outgoing Call Routing and Incoming Call Routing settings.
