To listen to a telephone line when playing an audio message

When sending pre-prepared audio messages without dialing number or sending audio messages with Create Audio Message Wizard without dialing number, you can listen to a telephone line through your computer speakers (headsets). To configure this option, do the following:

1.     Open Fax Voip Softphone Control Panel.

2.     Click Audio in the tree, and then click Play/Record.

3.     Check Real-time audio message listening when playing into the line without dialing number option to simultaneously play the audio file into the phone line and the computer speakers (headsets). In this mode you can also to speak with the other party while audio is played. Note that this option applies only when playing the audio file when the connection is already established (manual mode). If the audio is playing after dialing number (automatic mode), this option is ignored.

4.     Click Apply to save settings. All the changes are applied immediately.
