Fax Forwarding

The automatic fax forwarding feature allows to forward incoming faxes after receipt to another fax number.

After receiving the fax CallStation will dial a fax number and send the fax to the other fax machine.

To configure this feature, do the following:

1.     Start CallStation program.

2.     In the main window, in menu select Settings, then click Fax Options.

3.     In the Fax Options window, on the General page, in the Forward to this fax number field enter the phone number of the fax machine you want CallStation to forward your faxes to.

4.     Click <OK>.

5.     In the main window, in menu select Fax, then check Forward Faxes.

To forward a fax manually

1.     Start CallStation program.

2.     In the main window, click the Fax Manager toolbar button.

3.     In the Fax Manager window, select the desired fax in the list, and click the Forward button.

4.     In the Fax Forward dialog enter fax number. Click <OK>.

The CallStation will automatically call the fax number and send the fax.
