The license support period is 1 calendar year from the date of purchase of the license.
- The license key is tied to a single computer and generated based on computer's unique System ID. By default the license key is not time-limited.
- Free replacement of license key (generation of a new key for another System ID) due to the modification of computer hardware, reinstallation of the operating system, etc. is allowed during license support period (1 year). By default, the interval between changes of the license can not be less than 3 months. In any case, free replacement of license key during license support period is allowed no more than 2 (two) times.
- When replacing the license key for free the old license key (System ID) is blocked and added to the blacklist. Thus, you can not ever use Fax Voip FSP on your old computer after such replacement of license key.
- The user of licensed version of the program has the right to pay for the extension of the license support. The cost of extending the license support for 1 year is set at 30% of the current price of your license at the time of renewal.
