With Fax Voip T.38 Console Lines license you can send/receive faxes and audio messages. Licenses also differ in the number of lines, which corresponds to the number of faxes / audio messages you can send/receive simultaneously. The Fax Voip T.38 Console Extended Fax Routing (E-mail, Store In Folder, Print, Fax-On-Demand) license (should be purchased separately) is an extension to Fax Voip T.38 Console Lines license, and is needed for fax routing to a large number of recipients (for example, via e-mail).


What type of license do I have in trial version?

but with limited trial period of 15 days.

I have purchased a license. Where is my license key?...

As it's mentioned in chapter Purchase License of this manual, after doing payment you should send your SystemID to our sales department. We need your SystemID to generate your license key. Usually, we send you an e-mail with a proposal to send your System ID. You should specify a valid e-mail address when paying for a product to be possible to contact you. We usually try to contact you within a few hours after receiving the money from you (but no later than 48 hours, according to the requirements of the payment system).


I have purchased “Fax Voip T.38 Console 2 Lines License (T.38 and Audio Fax)”. We would like to add 2 lines to our license and to have “Fax Voip T.38 Console 4 Lines License (T.38 and Audio Fax)”. What should I do?

We will replace you current license key with the new key (the same computer) "Fax Voip T.38 Console 4 Lines License (T.38 and Audio Fax)". If you do not see the required license you want to add, contact our sales department and we will send you a payment link required to purchase the necessary license. Please note that in this case you can not pay the price difference between 2 licenses and are have to pay the full price for the license that you want to add.


I have paid for my license, please send me the license key. I have installed the Fax Voip T.38 Console on a temporary server, the next weeks I will install Fax Voip T.38 Console on a new server. (Next month, year I am going to buy new computer or change my hard drive...) Can I ask for another license later?

You can ask for a temporary license key (with Expiration Date). In this case you will be able to ask for another license key (even for another computer) at the end of the license period. If you want to get a temporary license key instead of permanent, you should ask about it before getting a license. By default, we give you a permanent license key tied to a single SystemID.


What happens to my license if I reinstalled Fax Voip T.38 Console? What happens to my license if I reinstalled Windows? Do I have to ask for a new license key?

When removing and reinstalling the Fax Voip T.38 Console, your license key is stored in the Windows Registry. No need to enter it again.

The license is tied to your single computer (SystemID). If you use normal hardware computer, SystemID depends only on your hardware and does not depend on your Windows operation system. After reinstallation of your Windows you can use your license key without problem. In this case, you must re-enter the license key. If you use Virtual machine, SystemID not saved due to the lack of hardware as such. You should install Fax Voip T.38 Console at normal hardware computer to avoid problems of this kind. Free replacement of license key is allowed during license support period (1 year) and no more than 2 (two) times.


Where can I download “16 Lines” (or “8 Lines”) trial version?

2 lines, available to you during the TRIAL period, more than enough for testing. The other lines will operate the same way. If you need more lines, you should purchase a license.


I am using a desktop at home but also a laptop when I go on a trip. Also, I sometimes work on my office computer... I never use both computers at the same time. Can you please give me a license key that will work on both machines?

Our trial is expired. Can I get an extension to your trial? (How can I reset trial period?)

We don’t know how to reset trial period at your computer. We also do not know how to hack our protection. 15 days is more than enough for testing. If you intend to use Fax Voip T.38 Console after 15 days, you should purchase a license.


We are a well known company, our products are known around the world... Can you please send us the license key, ideally not bound to a machine since we have a lot of testing machines..?

My hard drive (my motherboard) died which was unexpected... Can you please send me another license?

We do not recommend you to install our software on old computers with bad hard drives. It should also be noted that the lifetime of the hard drive is at least 2-3 years (and this at a very rough handling). I cloned my hard drive using the special program, deactivated the old one (because of hardware problem) and started the new one. But the Fax Voip T.38 Console is not licensed now. Then I removed Fax Voip T.38 Console from my machine, rebooted and reinstalled it. But the same problem...

We strongly do not recommend to install Fax Voip T.38 Console on virtual machines. Virtual machines are highly unstable and require frequent re-installation in which SystemID not saved due to the lack of hardware as such. Please install Fax Voip T.38 Console on normal hardware computer. In any case you can ask for new license key during license support period (1 year). The interval between changes of the license can not be less than 3 months. Free replacement of license key during license support period is allowed no more than 2 (two) times. Please contact our sales department.


I decided to use Fax Voip T.38 Console at another computer. Can you please send me another license? (How can I move my license?)

The license is tied to a single computer. Free replacement of license key is allowed during license support period (1 year) and no more than 2 (two) times. When replacing the license key for free the old license key (System ID) is blocked and added to the blacklist. Thus, you can not ever use Fax Voip T.38 Console on your old computer after such replacement of license key.


I want to be a reseller of your program. What should I do? Will I have any special discounts?

I installed the new version of the Fax Voip T.38 Console 9.x.x. I have a valid license key installed, but Fax Voip T.38 Console still shows as trial version. Where is the problem?...

Most likely your license allows you to use Fax Voip version 8.3.1 or earlier. You can upgrade to Fax Voip T.38 Console version 9 at a special discount.
