Fax Recipients

On this page you can specify one or more fax recipients.

Fax number

The fax number of the person you want to send the fax to. To send a fax to multiple recipients, type each recipient's fax number in the Fax number field and (optionally) recipient's name in the Recipient name field, and then click Add to add the recipient to the list of recipients.

Recipient name

The name of the person you want to send the fax to. Can be displayed on the cover page.

<Address book>

Click to select one or more fax recipients from Address Book (Windows Contacts). To be added to the list of fax recipients, the selected recipient should have non-empty Business fax field or non-empty Home fax field.

<Add From File>

Click to load a list of fax numbers from selected text file. When preparing a text file, you must be guided by the following rules:

• Each row can contain a single fax number.
• The fax number should be placed in the beginning of the row. Spaces and tabs at the beginning of the row are ignored.
• The row can contain any additional information such as company name, phone number etc. This information should be separated from the fax number using any of the following delimiters: space, tab or semicolon.

Please note that this method does not allow to add recipient names.

<Add>

Use this button to add the recipient to the list of recipients. The recipient's fax number should be initially entered in the Fax number field and (optionally) the recipient's name should be entered in the Recipient name field.

<Remove>

Use this button to remove the recipient from the list of recipients.

<Edit>

Click this button to change the recipient's fax number and name. One of the recipients should be selected in the list.

Store the list of recipients in the file

Select this check box, to store the list of fax recipients in the text file (/RecipientList= command line option). The full path to the text file in which the list of fax recipients is stored should be specified in the text box below. If this check box is not selected, the single fax recipient is specified by using /FaxNumber= and (optionally) /RecipientName= command line options.

<Browse>

Click this button to specify the path to the text file in which the list of fax recipients is stored. The default path is *{CommonAppDataFolder}\FaxVoip Console\SendFax\Recipients.txt.

Notes

• *{CommonAppDataFolder} - the system file directory containing application data for all users. The name of this folder is usually C:\ProgramData.
