File Name:
Specify a file name in this field (the same as the source file by default).
Save as type:
Select the format to which you want to convert the document. You can save the fax into one of the common graphics formats (TIFF, PDF, SFF, BMP, JPEG, GIF, PNG and PCX).
Pages:
All
Use this option to save all pages of the selected document.
Current
Use this option to save only the page currently displayed in the Preview Panel.
Selected
Use this option to save several fax pages selected using fields From and To.
Split into pages
Uncheck this option to save a fax as multi-page document. Flag this option to save a fax as several single-page files. Note that when saving into BMP, JPEG, GIF, PNG or PCX, the document is always splited into separate pages.
Preview Panel
Used to display the fax that you want to save. To select a page of multiple-page document, should use navigation buttons to the right of the preview panel. Current page number is displayed in the Status Bar.
Use original TIFF format
Flag this option if you do not want to convert fax document. If you save a document into TIFF format, original TIFF file is simply copied to the folder you specify. When saving into PDF format, a standard conversion will be used. If you use this option, GDI/GDI+ is not used. All pages are saved and without splitting into separate files.
<Settings>
Use this button to configure additional parameters of saving: TIFF compression format, JPEG Quality, Convert to standart resolution graphics option.
Status Bar
Displays the size of the source file in bytes, the total number of pages, current page number and the resolution of the original fax picture.
<Save>
When you make all necessary settings, click this button to save your fax document.
