Using Fax Voip T.38 Modem with FaxTalk Messenger Pro 7.5

Parent Previous Next

FaxTalk Messenger Pro 7.5 software can be downloaded from our website. To install the program follow the FaxTalk Messenger Pro Setup Wizard. For more information, please visit FaxTalk.com website.

Caution! Do not use the latest FaxTalk version, that is available for downloading on the official website. Due to numerous bugs in FaxTalk Messenger Pro 9 and FaxTalk Messenger Pro 8, they don't work with Fax Voip modems. And although the modem is properly detected during the installation of the program, the FaxTalk then continuously generates stupid errors during any attempt to initialize the modem. If you want to use newer versions, please contact FaxTalk Support to solve the indicated problems.

Currently, we recommend you to use the old FaxTalk Messenger Pro 7.5 version, which is free from errors and successfully tested with Fax Voip T.38 Modem on Windows 11, Windows Server 2022 and older systems. When purchasing FaxTalk license, ask for the key for the specified version. To download FaxTalk Messenger Pro 7.5, use the link below:

FaxTalk Messenger Pro 7.5 can operate with Fax Voip Virtual COM Ports via Fax Voip 14.4K TAPI Voice-Fax Modem driver. Compared with the standard modem driver, the Fax Voip 14.4K TAPI Voice-Fax Modem driver provides support for Caller ID Number and Caller ID Name. You should not add modems using Phone and Modems option in the Windows Control Panel. To install Virtual COM Ports and associated modems open Fax Voip T.38 Modem Control Panel, select Ports and Modems, then click <Add/Remove> button, see To Add/Remove Fax Voip Virtual COM ports. To install or reinstall modems without reinstalling Virtual COM Ports, use <Modems> button, see also To Add/Remove Fax Voip Modems.
