Voice Message Forwarding

This feature can automatically forward messages to a pre-determined phone number. For example, if you have messages forwarded to your cell phone, you can receive your messages no matter where you are.


After a caller leaves a message CallStation will dial a phone number and inform you that you have a new message. Simply enter your access code and the message will be played. After the message is played you will be in the Remote Access mode. You can then access old messages, change settings, or simply hang up.


To configure this feature, do the following:


1.     Start CallStation program.

2.     In the main window, in menu select Settings, then click Voice Options.

3.     In the Voice Options window, on the Message Forwarding page, in the Forward to this phone number field enter the phone number you want CallStation to forward your messages to.



4.     On the Remote Access page, in the Access code field enter four digit code you would like to access your messages remotely.



5.     Click <OK>.

6.     In the main window, in menu select Voice, then check Forward Messages.
