Using Fax Voip T.38 Modem with Eterlogic.com Virtual Serial Ports Emulator

You can use Eterlogic.com Virtual Serial Ports Emulator instead of native Fax Voip driver to connect Fax Voip T.38 Modem to your standard fax software. You can use a direct connection “via COM port".

To download and install Virtual Serial Ports Emulator please visit from ETERLOGIC.COM website. Or you can download software from Fax Voip T.38 Modem website.

To configure, follow the instructions below:

• To create Eterlogic.com Virtual Serial Port Pair
• Autorun: To start Eterlogic.com VSPE using command line shortcut
• Autorun: To run Eterlogic.com VSPE as service
• To configure Fax Voip T.38 Modem with Virtual COM Port Pair
• Checking the existence of COM Ports at Fax Voip T.38 Modem startup
• To configure Fax Software

Notes

• To operate with Eterlogic.com emulation via Fax Voip 14.4K TAPI Voice-Fax Modem driver is not possible. If your fax application requires a modem driver installed, use Eltima Virtual Serial Ports (see more details in the Using Fax Voip T.38 Modem with Eltima Virtual Serial Port Driver chapter of this guide).
